In the beginning Pastor Wollen watched his people attend services regularly, but he know they were doing little to really know, or care about, one another. Then, almost by accident, something happend to make genuine caring fellowship a reality. Much to his amazement he discovered there were times he could minister most effectively by letting believers dialogue with each other over the Bible, without his leadership. The result was a church in community. Through an expanding network of small Bible study groups, led by lay men and women meeting regularly in homes, lives were changed. People were added to the church. Members learned how to minister to each other.
