What does it mean to be both a Christian and a therapist? Between Jerusalem and Athens offers a compelling answer to this question. It shows students and practitioners who struggle with this issue how they can authentically integrate faith and practice by considering the central, life-shaping theme of biblical Christian ethics: the Reign of God. Part 1 proposes that a distinct cultural ethic based on the central theme of the Reign of God be the context of therapy.
